The Public Relations Office of the APC Washington Metro Chapter will be conducting a Conflict Resolution Workshop in the spring of 2011. This workshop is designed to address long-standing conflicts at the APC North America Branch, and brings to light the underlying source of the conflict… Executive members feeling disrespected by members and members feeling disrespected by Executives…
At the end of the Workshop: participants will be able to identify barriers that prevent us from understanding conflict; learn what you can do to create an environment that is more conducive to manifestations of mutual respect; Mutual Respect and How We Work Together; Mutual Respect and Shared Responsibility Task Force will be formed. The mission of the Task Force is to continue the work of the Conflict Resolution Workshop, and to identify ways to address conflict within our Party.
